UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
Email may be used to transfer smaller files. Please call for our unpublished upload email address (helps keep the spam down).
Email is limited in its ability to efficiently transfer large files. We suggest 3 options for uploading your high-quality, high-resolution files (easiest first):
1. Go to our UPLOAD page for a few small files: CLICK HERE!
2. Use a web-based service such as YouSendit.com (simpler, free account limited to 100 MB) or Dropbox.com ("Cloud" storage, 2GB free, a little trickier to use but offers powerful file sharing options).
3. Transfer Files to our FTP site:
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) provides a fast, secure, reliable method for transferring large files or groups of files.
You will need FTP Client software to connect to FTP sites. You can download free FTP software for your Mac or PC: CLICK HERE.
UPLOADING FILES TO SlideMaster:
Please place your photos into one folder. Name the folder with your LASTNAME and Phone number.
example: Williams9709258082
Please include a text file with order details including:
Print size and quantity, matte or glossy, bordered or borderless.
Contact info (Phone & E-mail) in case we have questions.
Use your FTP client software to connect to:
Server: ftp://ftp.slidemaster.com
Path: incoming
Username: anonymous
Be sure to drop your folder into our Incoming folder.
We can ship your order to you upon receipt of billing information (e.g. credit card) over the phone:
We check for incoming files at least once daily. For fastest service, please call us when you have uploaded your photos, and we can check your files and begin production more quickly.
